shipping prices:
I base my shipping prices of what's on USPS. Most shipping is done through USPS.
Packages will vary depending on weight and location. Please check here for the USPS mailing chart.
Letter envelope mail doesn't have tracking, please be aware of that. If you wish to have a tracking number, select the Add tracking product listing in the store front to add that. This is available for USA and Canada mailing address for the moment.
For UK/EU customers: If you are from the UK or EU locations, please email me at [email protected] to have a separate listing made for you. Due to the new VAT laws, your order may be subjected to additional fees so please check your countries' new postal laws!

Unfortunately, I am not responsible for lost or stolen orders for tracked items. Please contact your local USPS office and file a claim if this happens. Sometimes packages may arrive 1-2 days after it's marked delivered. I recommend shipping to a secure address like a friend or family member's home if theft is an issue in your area.
Countries I do not ship to at the moment as well: Botswana, French Guiana, Mauritius, South Sudan, Brunei, French Polynesia, Myanmar, Tajikistan, Chad, Guadeloupe, Reunion (Bourbon), Timor-Leste, Cuba, Laos, Saint Pierre and Miquelon (Miquelon), Turkmenistan, Eritrea, Lesotho, Samoa, Yemen, Eswatini (Swaziland), Martinique, and Seychelles.
returns and exchanges
Sorry, I do not accept returns. Depending on the product's state (with a photo) when it gets to you, if damaged enough please email me at [email protected] and we can talk about refund or replacement! For exchanges, this is only for apparel items only, if the size exists, I can try an exchange. Please email to [email protected] and we can begin the process. Note that you will have mail it back and then once it comes back to me, a refund will be issued.
